Overview

DT4000 is a data collection communication module supporting the GSCloud® generator set cloud control system developed by our company. It is a 4G version. Its main function is to connect the generator set controller to the Internet to realize remote real-time monitoring of the generator set via PC and mobile APP. Realize functions such as remote control of the unit, remote data monitoring, remote fault diagnosis, real-time location of the unit, maintenance and management, etc.;

It has an RS485 interface, which can realize data reading and writing operations for commonly used controls. The internal integrated GPS module can realize the positioning of the unit. The communication module adopts European-style locking terminal blocks, which are firm in wiring and easy to install.

It can be connected to the cloud server through 4G wireless network, and one communication module monitors one generator set;

Using imported ARM core 32-bit microcontroller, it has fast processing speed and strong scalability;

Multiple network standards, supporting China Mobile 4G/3G/2G, China Unicom 4G/3G/2G, and China Telecom 4G;

It has good expansion functions and can expand modules such as environmental detection and other equipment parameter detection;

Data communication protocol using encryption algorithm;

The module uses an encrypted network data communication protocol to upload unit data regularly, and also uses a compression algorithm to greatly reduce traffic consumption;

The module comes with GPS positioning and base station positioning functions, which can realize real-time positioning of the unit;

It has two sets of programmable switching input ports;

When an alarm occurs in the generator set, data can be uploaded to the server immediately;

The LED indicator light indicates the working status of the module, allowing users to understand the working status of the module in real time;

Use standard π-type 35mm guide rail installation or screw-fixed installation;

Modular structure design, ABS shell, light weight, compact structure, easy to install.
