Requirements and suggestions for module installation:

A) The installation surface of the module must be smooth, without scratches, bumps and sundries;

B) When installing the module on the heat sink, gently remove the oxide layer on the surface of the heat sink with fine sandpaper, clean the surface of the heat sink with anhydrous ethanol, and then evenly apply a layer thin heat-conducting silica gel when contacting the surface of the copper motherboard and the heat sink to make the contact good and reduce thermal resistance;

C) When fixing the module to the surface of the heat sink, use an M5 or M6 flat strip and a spring washer, and tighten the screw with a force distance of (5+1
